“Anam Cara” means “Soul Friend.” It can be helpful to have a friend along when one is working through changes or just seeking some fresh insight. Sometimes these insights are best seen in our peripheral vision, via stories and images, music, and art. My background in folklore, mystic traditions, and artistic process informs and inspires my work.

I lead artistic workshops, seasonal celebrations, and yoga classes - check the events schedule for more information. I also provide tarot readings, shamanic work, and write personalized verses for meditation.
